Georgia July 20th Primary Endorsements

After a very successful trip to Oklahoma time has been spent this week on the grassroots level in the final days before our Primary here in Georgia.  With that in mind here are our Georgia endorsements for the July 20th primary,

(Note *denotes incumbent)

GOVERNOR:

Nathan Deal

Longtime supporters will notice a switch to Deal from John Oxendine.  I have a lot of respect for John and think he will still make a great Governor (also appreciate what he has done for me which is why our switch has been respecfully subtle).  The endorsement switch has nothing to do with what John has or hasn’t done.  I have watched Nathan Deal and even before we had personally met he was advocating for us from the stump and in his Youtube videos.  Nathan’s father was disabled in a farming accident Nathan watched him fight to overcome his difficulties.  Nathan understands us and what we are going through and that we deserve a “Hand up and not a Hand-out.  After watching our standard bearers in key states of Iowa (Bob Vander Plaats) and South Carolina (André Bauer) defeated in their primaries I felt the need to get behind a standard bearer in our home state.
